Shipping policy

Processing and dispatch times

All orders are processed within 3-4 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.


During busy periods or if your candle or homeware piece is being made to order (e.g. if you choose a different sealant/finish), processing time could take up to 7 working days.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Couriers and delays

We use a number of couriers and shipping options including Royal Mail. If your chosen shipping method comes with tracking, you will be provided with the tracking information once the order is shipped.


Please note address labels are generated from the information provided when placing the order so it is the responsibility of the customer to provide LOGA Candle Co. with the correct delivery address.


LOGA Candle Co. will take no responsibility for lost items if the wrong delivery information has been provided.

Please also bear in mind that postal services might experience delays during busy periods (e.g. Christmas); this is totally outside of our control so we encourage you to plan ahead and place your order with plenty of time should you needed by an specific date.


Local collection

Free local collection is available from Caversfield, Bicester.


After placing your order and selecting local collection at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1 to 2 working days (up to 7 working days if your candle or homeware piece is being made to order).


We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 


Local collection hours are 12:00 - 14:00 and 18:00 - 19:00 Tuesday to Friday. Collection outside of these hours might be arranged via prior agreement.


Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


Refunds & returns

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with seals and labels and in its original packaging. 

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, attaching a photo of the items condition so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the package looks badly damaged from the outside, we suggest that you do not accept these from the courier.
