Returns policy


Our candles are made with 100% soy wax with no artificial additives or other hidden blended waxes; due to this, in some occasions (such as when there are some changes in temperatures during transit, etc.), you might experience certain characteristics deriving from 100% soy wax such as wet spots (where the candle pulls away from the glass) or uneven setting/tops.


Rest assured that none of these elements affect the performance of the candle in any way and that these are in fact, a sign that you are indeed receiving a product made without artificial additives. ​

Please also note that the indication of strength under each scent description is for informational purposes only to help you establish what candles might be perceived to be stronger than others but strength perception is subjective and strength preference levels will also be different for each individual. 


Our single-wick 30cl candles will scent a medium-sized room (depending on the scent) so if you are trying to scent a bigger space (or open plan), you might want to complement a 30cl candle with an additional home fragrance item such a wax melt or diffuser for example (or opt for a 50cl triple wick candle which should be able to scent a bigger space).

Our candle range has also been carefully selected to offer a variety of scents and try to cater for different tastes. However, as with strength, scent perception is also very subjective meaning different noses could pick up on different scent notes too so we encourage you to sample our scent wax melts before purchasing a candle if you are unsure whether that scent might be for you.

Homeware collection:

Pictures within the homeware collection are from some of my pieces for illustrative purposes as each piece is handmade and hand poured and therefore no 2 pieces will be the same; therefore variations on the shade and patterns (specially marbling designs) are to be expected.

Due to the natural setting of the stone mix, small air bubbles might be present; these are considered a natural feature and not a defect.

Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and might be requested to provide photographic evidence.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding the shipping fees where applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
